Coffee Caramel Energy Bites

¼ cup old fashioned oats
¾ cup dates, pitted
½ cup peanut butter
2 scoops Boobie Body Coffee Caramel Superfood Shake
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons finely shredded coconut, if desired
- In a food processor, process oats until they form a flour.
- Add dates and peanut butter and process until smooth.
- Add Boobie Body and water then process until well-combined.
- Scoop up 1 tablespoon sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll half of the bites in shredded coconut if desired and refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
